TeleFast Rad ("we", "us") provides teleradiology and radiology reporting services to imaging centers, hospitals and clinics. This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us, including through our WhatsApp Business number and our WhatsApp assistant.
1. Information we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive and store:
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
- The content of the messages you send us and our replies.
- If you reached us through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, the ad's identifier and headline.
- Business details you choose to share, such as your name, role, facility name, location, the imaging services you need and your study volume.
We do not ask for patient data or medical images over WhatsApp. Please do not send them.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, including through an automated assistant.
- To understand whether our services fit your facility and to have our team follow up with you.
- To improve our service and our advertising.
We do not sell your information.
3. Automated assistant
Some replies on our WhatsApp number are written by an AI assistant. It answers general questions about our services and passes qualified business inquiries to our team. It does not give medical advice.
4. Who processes your information
We use trusted providers to run this service:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform); delivers messages.
- Cloudflare; hosts our systems and stores conversation data.
- Anthropic; provides the AI model that drafts the assistant's replies.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
5. How long we keep it
We keep conversation data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 24 months after your last message, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information. Email info@telefastrad.com with the phone number you messaged from, and we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
7. Security
We protect your information with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
